EAST WALL FLOOD RISK NOW

 East Wall Flooding risk Now from tidal storm surge from research by the Irish Coastal Wave and Water Level Study (ICWWS, OPW, 2018).. 

The importance of this stems from the 0.5% Annual Exceedance Probability (AEP) coastal flood extent (or 1 in 200 Return Period in any given year) is already has a high probability of occurring NOW,  homeowners in the affected area should prepare. From devastating flooding of property to house prices and building insurance. 

With changing weather patterns the chances of a devastating flood happening are increasing every year in what is already high risk.
